Heavyweight Smolder Reroll looks and feels strong. Worthy of A tier. Also 7 gambit feels real weak now, is there something I’m missing? Why is it S tier?
is there a reason why ashe was buffed
There is a fast 9 Bastion + legendaries (Gwen, Zyra, TF, Braum). Looks like as strong as the other fast 9 lines. What do you think?

Kaisa nerfs were pretty big, probably B tier without any conditions
Not big, fucking HUGE, shes dead. The only condition would be fishbones and even that would move her from D -> B.
agreed – just hit absolutely optimal conditions for kaisa including kaisa 2* at 2-1 and went 7th. there is too much burst damage right now for her to get off enough ults to do real damage to the backline. D tier at best
