- Patch 15.8 is the smallest patch of the set. The most noteworthy changes are the nerfs to Crystal Gambit (hurts 5 Crystal and fast 9 Crystal Gambit in Stage 4) and the buff to Rammus making Double Trouble Malzahar comps even stronger.
- Kai'Sa Rammus might be playable after the buffs to both units, although early statistics imply that it is still not that strong of a comp. This might change as more data comes in.
