Tips & Tricks
  • Can play from spots where you have several copies of Urgot early and ideally an econ or item augment.
  • Try to position Urgot, Aurora, and Main Tank on the same side as enemy corner carry. Urgot has high DPS and will often kill frontline first and can move to kill corner carry. Can move Urgot back if melee carry on same side as him.
  • On Level 7, you can play all 6 units and not Mecha Forma the Mighty Mech. On Level 8, Mighty Forma the Mech.

Economy Strategy
  1. Level to 4 if strong.
  2. Level to 5, unless on 3 loss streak.
  3. Level to 6, unless it places you below 30g.
  4. Stay level 6, unless you can stay above 50g on 7 or you are below 40 HP and can stay above 30g on 7.
  5. Level to 7, roll until board mostly upgraded. Never go below 10g even if missing tank or carry.
  6. Build up to 50g, slow roll to 50g until 5-1.
  7. If below ~25 HP, sometimes you must roll until you hit here. Not ideal.
  8. Roll until you hit 3-star carry and tank. Can go to 0g. Only greed gold if you are above ~60 HP.
  9. If you hit, you can level to 8. Otherwise stay 7. Holds true for every round for the rest of the game.

Do NOT try this comp with Forged in Stength. Lost all respect for the entire website.

I fully retract this statement… Tried it again, received Yauso’s Bladework and Death’s Defiance and it was an extremely simple 1st.

        Update #2:

Tried again. This time I got Titanic Hydra, Hellfire Hatchet, and Rapid Firecannon @35 health & Aegis of Dawn in beginning…

Definitely go this comp if you ever see this augment. Wonderful guide!!

I’ve been experimenting with Tahm Kench and Fiora similar to the Mecha comp max cap and it seems to be decent.

  3. Jones

    This comp blows

  4. Anonymous

NGL Idk how this line is considered S+ got FIS, Prowlers Claw out of it, Varus boon, BIS on Urgot and Aurora… still got stuck on a tank and smacked by a Vex fast 9.

  5. Beamer

    Really good losstreak line

Why is forged in strength S for this comp?

    1. Anonymous

the comp really doesn’t mind lose streaking (and often prefers it for early resources like Timebreaker rolls or Anima stacks) and it really likes artifacts on Urgot and Mighty Mech (Galio). Rhaast and Maokai do well too with pretty much any tank artifacts if you happen to hit them 3 star and main tank them. Aurora can also take a handful of AP artifacts as well if that’s what you end up hitting on your cash out.

TL;DR: comp likes to losestreak so doesn’t mind hitting 40 HP early and the comp is very flexible with just about every artifact being playable on the board and some artifacts just straight up being OP on certain units.

    2. Anonymous

Cuz more than half of artifacts turn urgot from mr krabs into the meat grinder

  8. dan

Advanced loan is great. Econ opener, 10 loss into 300 cashout, super stable on 1 stars, must send it for fully upgraded board during neutrals, prio urgot>rhaast>aurora(if items)>maokai

  9. Anonymous

You sure this is C tier?

  10. Anonymous

why IE and JG? you have nova akali

    1. Author avatarGM Blue

Akali does not provide Crit Chance, so you’ll often find that IE and JG are built anyway since they have the highest crit chance in the game (35% vs. 20% for other crit items). In Urgot’s case, IE is very good on him even with Akali. In Aurora’s case, the JG is less valuable and you can build a full no JG build and it looks slightly better.

      1. Anonymous

i see, 35 ad and crit chance aint so bad. thanks

  11. Anonymous

Is there any artifacts that are good for urgot?

    1. Anonymous

tried it with yasuo looking item that gives double auto its busted

  12. Strategy

Shouldnt Trifecta be another condition to make this an A tier comp?
