Tips & Tricks
  • Generally unlock Bard if you can do so without putting you below 10g on 2-3 (especially with augments that give free rolls). Bard is a good flexible slot and helps generate econ until you eventually drop him in Stage 4 or sometimes even Stage 5.
  • Don’t build two sets of anti-heal / shred, the items on Singed and Seraphine are just to show you that you can build it on either of them. Prioritize 2 star and ideally whatever you need more. If you need damage, build on Seraphine. If you need tankiness, build on Singed.
  • 3 items on Seraphine is probably more desirable than 3 items on Singed UNLESS your 3rd Singed item is Disruptor Emblem.
  • Ekko does NOT need a perfect build. The only mandatory item on Ekko is Titans. Generally want to pair the Titans with Omnivamp and then other options include crit, Giant Slayer, Rageblade, etc. Remember that only Titans is mandatory when slamming items.

Economy Strategy
  1. Level to 4 if you have upgrades and a good item to place on one of those upgrades.
  2. Level to 5, unless on 3 loss streak.
  3. Level to 6. Roll until stable. “Stable” changes depending on rank, items, augments, composition, and patch, but generally speaking it involves 2-starring your desired 2-cost carry and a tank with items. Major divergence between elos: The lower your elo, the less upgrades you need to be “stable” and thus lower elo players should generally roll less than high elo players on 3-2.
  4. After your 3-2 rolldown, you should attempt to rebuild your economy to 50g.
  5. Once you reach 50g (it might be later than 3-5), start slow rolling down to ~52g each turn. Try to avoid rolling to exactly 50g as any unit you want to buy in shop will put you below 50g.
  6. If you are high HP relative to the lobby, continue slow rolling to 52g each turn. If you are lower HP, you should roll to hit your first 2-cost 3 star on 4-1 or 4-2. If you have to roll below 30g, your placement is usually capped at 3rd or 4th.
  7. If you are still high HP (70+), you can continue to slow roll. Otherwise, in the majority of cases, you should roll deep for your 3-stars here. If your HP is low, you can even go to 0 gold looking for your 3-stars. If you have your 3-stars and can afford to level to 7 with 10g+, do so.
  8. Level to 7 if you haven’t already.
  9. Level to 8 as soon as possible. This may not happen until 5-5 or in some games, stage 6.
  10. Level to 9 whenever possible. This is rare, but can happen in the games you have a chance of winning.

      lol

  4. Anonymous

ekko 3rd augment bis is CB

  5. Anonymous

Precision and Grace is the biggest bait. Ekko just insta runs to the main enemy tank, gets stuck and dies to the backline. Remove that augment from this list

  6. Anonymous

Just ran over a worth the wait 3 star vi with full bis with only a 1 star ekko with radiant titans and bloodthirster on stage 3. This unit is unkillable with some healing.

  7. Anonymous

just 5 streaked in stage 4 with ekko 2 neeko 2 while being 3 way contested, with bfl and wand overflow in gm lobby and no bis items besides titans (gunblade, rabadons). ive seen this multiple times now from my enemies in other games, they just run over stage 3 and 4. ekko 2 feels super stable in those stages if u just slam any items asap, take atleast one combat augment(seen it work without aswell) and try to position away from main tank. feels more like an A+ tier comp to me and looks very forcable if u have no opener but atleast one titans component and made econ on stage 1 if possible or econ augment, to roll for bard.

    ekko -> flickerblades – radiant titan’s resolve, wit’s end

Celestial blessing goes hard here too!

Got me a 4th place, would of been 3rd/2nd if I didn’t go against the 11 Demacia before the other two. Decent comp, guarantees top four if you have good augments.

  11. Gilmu

Main board with Skarner (adds Ixtal) instead of Taric and Bronze For Life is great IMO

  12. bearry

how important is 3-star Vi? ALSO how come in the non two much value board, you dont unlock bard?

    1. Anonymous

Previously in Tips & Tricks it was mentioned to go Bard or Cho if you pick up Two much value. Idk why it was removed

  13. Lilly

3rd/4th place team in ziggs soup meta; sometimes can go 2nd or 1st (rare) in very weak lobbies where you hit S tier condition + winstreak and enemies hit nothing, top 3 will beat you but one of them will lose to the other and you get 2nd because you’re high hp.

I’m talking without artifacts, I have no clue, I’ve yet to see from 15 people one person who had artifacts

  14. unimentil

Looks like radiant titan’s could be a condition for this line as well

  15. Anonymous

This is really good this patch and is carrying me. My first 1st place win streak

  16. Anonymous

Ekko looks like hoj jg titans, guinsoos looks bad on ekko

    1. unimentil

Guinsoo standalone looks bad, but if you check item builds, Guinsoo Titan’s +1 is his BIS

    2. Anonymous

      its not

  17. MrTad

Could add Artifact like Seeker’s Armguard. Also Ekko build could be like Diana: Titan, Guinsoo, BT

  18. Anonymous

jeweled lotus is very good because u dont have to build hoj and ekko likes the shield from bt because she takes 10 years to do damage and heal back up

  19. Anonymous

what’s meant to be your 6th on level 6? i’ve been playing either Zoe or Seraphine

  20. nammer

this comps unlocks nidalee randomly sometimes which is pretty cool

      how

      1. Anonymous

when you three star neeko (since it also applied as 2 2-stars neeko field in combat)
