Tips & Tricks
- Utility items are not necessary in this line as Leona provides reliable antiheal while Zoe provides Shred.
- Gunblade is high priority as one of the goals is to make Leona immortal. 3 strong tank items on Leona + Gunblade on Malzahar or Zoe makes her effective HP high.
- The opener provided is obviously not realistic and is only provided to indicate that you should consider playing the line when you have those units with an econ augment ideally.
- With Golden Dragon, consider dropping Zoe on Level 7 and duo carrying Seraphine once you find her.
- Econ and item augments are best for this line since there are many units to itemize and the comp is expensive
- Can play around either the Leona solo frontline version or the Warden version. Which version you play depends on the amount of gold you have (the Warden version is more expensive), # of items (Wardens need more items), and what units you have early.

Economy Strategy
- Level to 4 if strong.
- Level to 5, unless on 3 loss streak.
- Level to 6, unless it places you below 30g.
- Stay level 6, unless you can stay above 50g on 7 or you are below 40 HP and can stay above 30g on 7.
- Level to 7, roll until board mostly upgraded. Never go below 10g even if missing tank or carry.
- Build up to 50g, slow roll to 50g until 5-1.
- If below ~25 HP, sometimes you must roll until you hit here. Not ideal.
- Roll until you hit 3-star carry and tank. Can go to 0g. Only greed gold if you are above ~60 HP.
- If you hit, you can level to 8. Otherwise stay 7. Holds true for every round for the rest of the game.
the way vayne ignores defence and instant kills leona is beyond unfair
why no blue buff on malz?
from my testing, its not worth it atp. as x2 nashor makes him spawn so many minions, and if they can crit the blue buff not needed. i should note, his bos is actually really good as well. dawncore with the nashors and fist is cracked

Jeweled Lotus if you have nashor’s tooth, otherwise ascension if you have good frontline.
